Sometimes I feel like I don’t want anything to do with social media, but at the same time I understand it’s a great tool to promote and spread ideas. It’ll be challenge to whittle it down to it’s most essential use, but it’s all about taking away the unnecessary.

I make sure I eat and have water on hand before it’s time to focus. I’ve been forgetting to shut off the phone though…good reminder!

Music is one of the things that activates and effects our senses and thous our inner personal self.
Some people might not need/ want music- but what kind of type of people are they? . . .
Anyway, music is something I can’t and certainly wouldn’t want to live without.

Hi – I was thinking the very same thing today. After I spent most of the day cutting my ties with facebook and automating a lot of the nonsense, as a writer I need to focus on actually writing and not telling everybody what I am about to write, what I have written…. they will find out soon enough. I fear that I fell into the trap of networking simply because it was there and that’s bad.

Cool, nice to find out that you are a passionate runner as well :) I completely agree with your philosophy of concentrating on the positives instead of the negatives. Life’s just too short to do things you’re not passionate about.

I don’t know your music, so I doubt if I belong to your ‘audience’. But just read about your ‘case’ in the 4-Hour Work Week book. And checking out the websites mentioned. Social media (although I’m not a big fan of it) works well, even when printed on dead trees… Grüsse aus Holland.
